Teodor Antonio Georgiev is the CEO of The Recursive, the leading media and ecosystem platform covering the technology and innovation landscape in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). He is a recognized connector between CEE and the DACH, UK, and US markets, working at the intersection of media, events, and relationship-driven deal flow. Over the past years, Teodor Antonio has been directly involved in organizing 20+ national and regional delegations from Bulgaria and across CEE, and in curating 40+ side events and private gatherings around Europe’s top technology conferences, including Slush, Bits & Pretzels, Web Summit, and GITEX. Teodor is also a startup mentor at Plug & Play, and a Venture Scout at EWOR. Through The Recursive, he and his team have worked with 300+ startups and scale-ups, as well as investors, corporates, and public institutions, helping them gain access to decision-makers, build credibility, and position themselves internationally.
