Svetoslava Kurteva is a Strategic Partner for Learning and Development at Postbank, where she works on topics related to people development, learning through play, employee experience personalization, and organizational transformation. She is a graduate of the Technical University of Sofia, and her professional qualifications include a certification program with CIPD, as well as a Solution-Focused Coach certification from Erickson International.
