Svetoslav Spasov is the Executive Director of KPMG Delivery Network Bulgaria, the technology and innovation hub within the global KPMG network. With nearly 20 years of experience in the information technology and consulting industry, he is a visionary leader dedicated to driving digital transformation, technological excellence, and sustainable innovation. Svetoslav was part of the founding team that, in 2015, transformed the company’s predecessor from a start-up into a key player within KPMG’s global ecosystem. Today, the organization delivers a broad portfolio of technology consulting and digital solutions to KPMG firms and their clients across industries such as financial services, insurance, manufacturing, logistics, and finance. Its focus areas include cloud computing, ERP implementation, cybersecurity, software development, and artificial intelligence (AI). As of July 1, 2025, the company becomes part of the global KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) — connecting technology experts worldwide to deliver next-generation innovation and transformation services to KPMG firms and their clients. “For me, there’s no greater satisfaction than looking back after years of challenges and seeing what we’ve built together — with people who share the same passion for technology, learning, and growth,” says Svetoslav. He currently leads the company’s strategic development and manages a team of more than 500 highly skilled technology professionals, most of whom are senior specialists in software engineering and IT consulting. Svetoslav believes that the rise of artificial intelligence will further accelerate the pace of digital transformation and redefine the future of business. The key question, he says, is how ready organizations are for the next technological revolution. For him, true IT leadership is not just about creating innovation — it’s about building people and communities. “Leadership means creating opportunities — discovering, nurturing, and developing talent, because people are the greatest driver of innovation and success.”
