Pavel Dvorak

I invest in venture capital funds across the EBRD region. I also lead policy and technical assistance initiatives to support the venture capital ecosystem. Previously I was an economist at the EBRD, developing investment strategies and assessing the impact of the EBRD's investments. Before joining the EBRD, I was a management consultant at Deloitte, focusing on commercial due diligence for private equity funds, strategy development and operations excellence in a number of sectors in CEE. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from CERGE-EI and am a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). I am a former professional ballroom dancing champion.
