
Maria Constantinova is the Head of Marketing and Communications at KPMG Delivery Network Bulgaria, where she shapes the organization’s brand, marketing communications, and employer branding strategy in support of its technology consulting and digital solutions portfolio. With more than 15 years in marketing, communications, HR, organizational development, and consulting, she has built and scaled 360° communications across channels for global brands including HP, IBM, KPMG IT Service OOD, Mondelez, and Philip Morris International. Maria’s expertise spans brand adoption funnel strategy, creative campaigns and storytelling, executive visibility and media relations, on‑brief/on‑brand governance, and reputation management for C‑suite leaders. She has led corporate image building for KPMG IT Service and driven procurement initiatives at PMI in compliance with corporate policies and practices.
