Kremena Dervenkova is the Executive Director of ABLE, a dynamic community of 400+ young professionals and entrepreneurs driving positive change in Bulgaria. Under her leadership, ABLE runs initiatives like ABLE Mentor (Bulgaria’s first 1-on-1 mentorship program for high schoolers), ABLE Activator (an entrepreneurship program for students and young professionals), and BASE Sofia & BASE Mentor (business courses for real-economy enterprises). With a background in international business and hospitality, Kremena has spent the last eight years in the NGO sector, focusing on entrepreneurial education and personalised mentorship as ways to help young people shape raw ideas into real impact. Passionate about sustainability, she is also a long-time advocate for entomophagy (eating insects) and serves as founder and Chairman of Bulgaria’s Association of Insect Producers and Processors.
