Elitsa is Chief of Staff at Mouro Capital, working closely with the GPs to drive strategic initiatives, optimise operations, and support investment activity. Before joining Mouro, she was a Venture Lead at Deloitte Ventures, coordinating firm-wide Executive Committees on innovation initiaties and leading the incubation of new businesses. She also oversaw market analysis, venture sourcing, and partnership activities across fintech, AI, and adjacent sectors. She began her career in strategy consulting, focusing on growth initiatives for FTSE 100 clients.
